Will the unit be delivered to my room, and will I have
it when I get there?
A) We deliver and pick up from your room. We work closely with your school's organization assigned to administering
the pick up and delivery but feel free to send us an e-mail and we will answer any further questions you may have.
Since most room assignments are not given out until late, we try hard to make sure you have your unit in your room
upon arrival. We do normally have two delivery times and you will have your unit within the first two weeks of
school according to your order date. It is very important that we have both e-mails, home and school because we
will notify you when we will be delivering to your dorm.
2) What
if my roommate orders a unit as well?
A) We will receive a Master
List from your Residence Life Office, and if your roommate ordered as well, we
will credit 1/2 of the rental for each student. We will contact you in regards
to this. Only one unit is allowed at CSU-CHICO.
3) Should I bring food with me?
A) NO! Because of the nature of the delivery, you should not bring anything with you.
4) How much room will the units take up?
A) The unit’s footprint is approximately 19"X19"X42” high. These
units do not take up a lot of room and are idea for a college dorm room.
5) What do I do if the unit doesn’t work?
A) We extremely want people to use the web site to schedule service or if they have a problem with their units.
The web site is designed to get the request to the appropriate person so that we can expedite and fix the problem
within 24 hours.
6) My fridge doesn’t seem to work when my microwave
is on, is there a problem?
A) These units are built with a safety allocator that doesn’t allow both items to work at the same time. Once one
item is shut off the other will operate correctly. This allows the flow of electricity to be constant and is required
and approved by your universities standards.
7) Will I be responsible for the cleaning of the
unit at the end of the year?
A) YES! We work really hard to deliver you a clean unit, so please take 5 minutes to defrost and clean the units.
8) What if I
decide that I don’t want the unit when I get there?
A) You have 5 days after we deliver your order to request a refund.
9) Do I need to notify Micro 101 Solutions if I change
dorm room during the year?
A) YES! Please keep us informed through the web site of any changes that may happen during the year. All you have
to do is turn a service request and it will give you a receipt number that lets you know you have informed us of
the move. If you don’t you are suspect able to additional fees.
10) Am I responsible for the end of year pick
up?
A) We will try to notify you as soon as we set the dates for pick up. Please
e mail or call if you have any concern.
